FC24 career mode: custom tactical presets disappear and reset to default
I'm playing FC24 on Switch. I basically enjoy it, but career mode has this big annoying bug: Tactical presets reset to default every once in a while. Custom presets are deleted and the default preset reverts to just that. I used to think that the presets are not saved and loaded properly, but just now the preset I created disappeared during gameplay, while simulating the days until the next match day. Training schedules, scouting etc. are, as far as I can tell, not affected. This doesn't ruin the game completely, but it nearly does.
Am I the only one with this issue? If so, maybe reinstalling would help.
Issue persists after the title update of 13-10-2023. It now annoys me enough to sign up here and post a bug report.

Die Taktik-Vorlagen in der Managerkarriere verschwinden einfach so, übrig bleibt nur die ursprüngliche Standardaufstellung, auch an der werden Änderungen zurückgesetzt. Das nervt gewaltig. Man muss nicht mal speichern und neu laden, bis zum nächsten Spieltag simulieren reicht auch schon. Kann man da was machen? Hilft neu installieren vielleicht?
