Hi , i cant log into the companion app or the the web app

Hi i cant log on the companion app or web app its telling me EA Account server unavailable ‘ there was a problem connecting to the ea account server ive tried my friend account and it work perfectly...

Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

What platform do you play on, by the way?

@EA_QueenBee It says login unavailable even though I am already logged in to the web app. Only seems to happen when opening packs.

Are y'all getting these errors on the console/PC itself too, or only on the apps?

  just the web app, I’m having the same problem as well.

  @EA_QueenBee For me, i happened on iOS app and Web app, I can login UT via Xbox.
