how do i get in touch with ea about missing content on ea fc 24

how do i get in touch with ea about missing content on ea fc 24. the email you send stuff to on the help site using the topics isn't in use any more?? Why??.  Is there a topic for eafc 24 or a page somewhere that will allow to get in contact and get a respone and nott be ignored - the live chat maybe but can't find a topic that provides that option any more. Just stupid articles which i would have gone to before looking at the help site anyway. the reason im on a help site is because i need help not to read an article.

    Hi @rockiestroad

    The EA Help site went through some changes recently. The older links and emails may not be operational any more. For missing content on EA FC, could you try these selecting these options as recommended in the guide; 'How do I find my missing EA SPORTS FC™ Items and Packs?',: 

    1. On the EA Help homepage, go to EA SPORTS FC™ 24.
    2. Select See all help topics.
    3. Select the Missing content category.
    4. Select the option that applies to you.
    5. Select the available option to connect with an EA Advisor.

    In the meantime, please check out the guide above. It shares more information to help with missing items and packs with FC.

    @EA_Lanna Hi thats the problem there is no contact option on those topics

    im trying to find a way to get in touch with someone

    @EA_Lanna I watched the fc pro qualifers on the 10th November eveining for 90 minutes to complete the objective in eafc. but even though twitch confirms i have completed and claimed the rewards they are not registering in game. This was for two group objectives - one which is still active but can't claim the prime gold players pack for watching 90 minutes or the group reward of a mega pack. the other group objective has expired but i comleted the objectives before that. one was to watch for 15 minutes for 400 XP and another for 60 minutes for a Prime Gold Players Pack. plus because of that i wasn't able to get the group reward of a Rare Players Pack.

    Hi @rockiestroad, if you see the objectives claimed on Twitch but in Ultimate Team, they show as Incompleted, you could have linked the wrong account to Twitch.

    You can check the email linked to your EA Account from FC 24 by going to Settings > Online Settings > EA Account.

    I only one account so I haven't linked the wrong account. But good to see that they are still working on so hopefully I will the packs at some point
