I bought the game on Steam and installed it. When I open the game, the game screen closes and returns to the EA screen. I bought it with great enthusiasm months ago, but unfortunately I never got to play it.

While we don't know which steps you've tried, I suggest that you start with a Clean Boot and after that, run both Steam and EA app as admin, then launch the game from Steam.
