Login verification code sent but cannot enter the code

When it shows login verification where I can click continue button to send me a code to my email, after i hit the continue button, it says now’s a bad time. And i am not able to do anything but close...

I play fc24 on xbox & since yesterday I tried to enter the code & press continue it doesn't progress, I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it's still the same, I'm from Mexico & I don't know why this happens

@Cesar_Cruz04 Reset to factory settings it works then go reload the game it will ask for code put in code and it works

I also have the same issue in fc 24 on Xbox series x. How do you reset your factor settings?
