My EA Account got Hacked and EA help system is not helping

So the ea help system is pretty bad. I got my account hacked and the hackers changed the email so when I try logging in or reseting the password, it tells me to get the code from the hacked email acc...

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with account related issues over the EA Forums. An advisor will need to assist. You can get in touch with one by using these steps:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/
    2. Scroll to the bottom and use the 'Contact us' button
    3. Type "update EA account information" in the text box
    4. Enter battlefield 6 and the platform you're on
    5. Click on "Did this fix your issue?" and select 'No'
    6. Click on the option for chat

I still have FC24 on steam, but only my EA Account was hacked and the email changed. Maybe I can use another EA account to run FC? Or do I need to buy it on the EA app too?
