Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to launch EA FC 24. There are a couple of different reasons why this error might pop up, so we will need to try a few steps:

Clean boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer
Check the date and time settings on your PC: Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time. / Enable "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically". > Restart your PC.
Disable Proxy Settings: Open Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. Make sure "Use a proxy server" is turned off.
Clear EA app's cache: Clear cache to fix your game download or upload
