Community ManagerHey there, do you believe the problem is tied to the PC performance or the internet connection? Depending on where the problem is, we can try different steps.
For starters, I'd suggest to:
- Make sure you're using a cabled connection. Even if you have a fast internet connection, connecting the device via Wi-fi is not recommended for gaming. So having it wired definitely helps. - In case there are some performance issues, you can try a Clean Boot. This will disable all background programs, which can help boost the performance.
