My practice arena is broken

My practice arena in ea fc 24 is broken. The ball is outside the field so the game keeps on resetting. Idk how the ball got outside and I don’t know how to reset the practice arena. I tried changing teams but that doesn’t work. I can’t get to the ball because it keeps on resetting. Pls help
