My Screen was flashing a long rectangle of red, clearly a visual glitch but I don't know what it is or if I should be worried? It only happened twice for about 4 seconds each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you playing on a PC or console?
Check also if deleting any potentially corrupted files will fix this for you.
I am on console unfortunately so I can't check, is there anything else I could do?

You can also power off the console and unplug it for min 2 minutes. This will help clear the system cache and network cache on your console.
How do I clear the corrupted files though? That hasn't been explained.
Community ManagerIf you delete those files, everything will download again and fix itself automatically. On some occasions, players need to uninstall and re-install the game to fix damaged files.
