PLEASE EA SUPPORT TEAM RESPOND

whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. 
please help me.

    this basically sums up your support. you reply (if even that) once and disappear. please respond or move me forward to someone who can.

    I totally get where you're coming from. It can be frustrating when you're looking for help and feel like you're not getting the support you need.

    Just so you know, the EA Forums are mainly a space for players to help each other out. It's a community-driven place where folks share tips, solutions, and experiences. Community Managers do jump in sometimes, especially when there's a bigger issue or update to share, but they’re not always able to respond to every post.

    there is no option that fits this topic other than report a bug and then i dont get a response back. there is no email address to contact, no chat, nothing that can help just open a general ticket that gives a response in a no reply email. this is the only other place to get help so please stop ignoring the topic and help me. the last response from you was 4 days ago asking a basic question. ask away the other questions or direct me to someone in this forum that can.

    why do you not answer? i opened a ticket it told me to post on forums to get help. i can provide a screenshot of that if you would like. please stop ignoring and help me.
