I can't download the game despite the fact that the game is ready to be downloaded. I payed for the ultimate loyalty edition and they took my money immediately, but when I go to my account to check my order history, it's says that my fc 24 order is still processing. What does that mean? Because I already payed for the game.. I don't get it. Did the transaction failed ? I can't even contact live support unless I have a ps4 or xbox..

HiTrying to preload FC 24 on the EA app and it's just stuck on "Preparing". It was purchased through Steam. I've followed all the instruction for this problem, reinstalled the app, deleted the preload from steam, nothing... just get stuck on "Preparing". It's not a payment issue, the money was taken by Steam a month and a half ago.

I pre ordered ea fc 24 ultimate edition on ea app on pc. The game comes out in 6 hours where i live and when i try and pre-load it it stays on preparing. Will i be able to dowload it tomorrow?

I just talked to someone on live support and it seems to be a bug. So the solution is to just wait and keep this post on.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with the transaction since right beside "processing" there is an icon with the question mark and if you click on it it says " we've billed you for your order but some items may not been delivered yet". The problem is even if I want to make a refund I couldn't since I bought the pre order in August. So I'm stuck with it.

Whenever i try to pre load EAFC24 it gets stuck at "Preparing". I have tried to clear the cache but it didn't work either. What shall i do?

Do you have enough free space?
You can try downloadinging at a different time of day or a different network connection.

Also, smth typical like clearing the cache and data for the EA Desktop app, then uninstall and reinstall the EA Desktop app.

None of it works, still stuck on preparing. I have tried now for atleast two or three days to pre load the game at different times but the problem is not fixed. Last year i missed out on my early access because of EAs problems with the game. I do not want to go through with it again. I paid a lot of money to play a week before launch but they don't even have the possibility to contact their support to fix their own problems.
