Connection Quality Report is not working, i enabled sharing user data as well in game and it still hasnt worked i have tried playing multiple games now as well @EA_Aljo it seems that im not the only one with this problem

I understand you're not the only one with this issue, but it's also a small amount of people so far so we need to go through connection troubleshooting. 

Can you try playing a few more matches and then run the test again?

Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection? 

Have you power cycled your modem/router recently? If not, unplug it for 2 minutes and start it up again. Shut down your PC first though.

Yeah but when you are playing i have 1 second delay but when i presenta start in the menú of the match there isnt delay

I tried at least 10 matches online and it does the same. Sometimes I cannot even move the player, it remains selected on an attacker that keeps a straight direction.

It is clear that there is an issue with the game as I can play online all other games I have at very good performance and your answer for us being small amount of people facing the issue is almost an affront.

I checked forums and you are facing this issue since 2021 and there are several threads closed with "solved" mention even you didn't solve the problem.

This cannot remain as it is!

It is clear to you that everyone tryied it already and says that everything is fine with the Internet, everything is fine in other games. I apologize for the aggression, but I was really waiting to the release of the game, I changed my plans and spent the whole day on this pathetic similarity of the game with a lot of bugs and malfunctions. It is not possible to enter the ultimate team normally(you need to go offline in the EA app, launch the game, then go back to EA app and go online, and after that u can enter ultimate team). But the biggest problem is the crazy delay in online matches. I do not mention the fact that they did not give a founder pack, like many others. I'm super upset, wasted time, humor, money

I played more than 10 matches online and I had delay in every one. It starts in 10 min of the game with 1 sec lag and then I always have 1 sec delay so I have really good gameplay till 10s and it lasts till the end of the match. Its really annoying. I downloaded latest drivers, I restarted everything, I did everything i could and still there is this problem. Online gaming is unplayable! I paied so much money to just enjoy this game but I cannot. Just patch this game and then sell it to people. Its not beta anymore...

Again, if you all could run the Connection Quality Report I mentioned here, that would help troubleshoot this.

Are any of you experiencing speed up lag or is it just input delay?

That's a pretty rough connection. You've got a high amount of packet loss so that would be the issue. What platform are you playing on?

I have the same issue as everyone else in this thread. Please help!

I played all morning squad battles with same controller and went smooth. Online is unplayable and am not the only one.

Network connection is very good as I am playing other online games in perfect condition. I also played Fifa 2019-2023 online with worst network than I currently use(due to tech progress) but never in these conditions.

Game is the problem and needs to be patched-solved asap.

I did not pay for early access for squad battles !!!

You say "only a small amount" but thats because the game has only been out for like 2 days. I would call this a waste of money if EA dont fix this in the near feature!! I only complain now because ive sat on youtube for 3+ hours, looking for a sulution for the problem. I have a really stable ethernett connection, and have never had any problem with previous fifa's. This is a major problem which EA probably wont do anything about because it doesen't affect a big enough group of people! Please fix this as soon as possible so we haven't wasted our money!!

What platform are you playing on? Also, how bad is the lag? Your test looks pretty good. Not perfect, but not bad. Do your players just feel heavy or is there noticeable lag?

It is not a connection or internet problem 80% of the PC players have the same problem and you think every single one got a problem with connection and packet loss?

Gameplay is smooth and squad battles and other offline gamemodes are instant, no delay. But as soon as i play online(Draft, div rivals, co-op, etc) it's smooth for the first five minutes then suddenly the rest of the game there's a 1-3 second delay whenever i move/press a button.
