I have the same problem, but can’t solve it. I bought it inside fifa 23

@alirezzafifa That specific error is an Xbox error. I would start with the following. You can skip the network settings, they are there in case you want to try.

• Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
• Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
• Open you're Xbox NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4) 

Persistent Storage

• Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
• Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

Alternate Mac:

• Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
• Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
• Select restart

Does it relate to the Xbox’s storage? Now I have just 30GB free space. 

@alirezzafifa Space doesnt seem to have anything to do with it. Everything Ive read on that is a marketplace error not a storage error because I can also see players getting while trying to pre-order a game itself.

@alirezzafifa Do you get the error when you try to purchase it? That is what it looks like from the screenshot. the OP said they cant download or see it in the store, but yours looks like its a different issue with trying to purchase it.

When I open FC 24 it kicks me out and says need to be online or do you own this game or app so like I want to know how can you play FC 24 offline
