It shows clearly that there are two items, and I only received one and the name in portuguese even hints at two players. It says "Escolha de Atleta Bis". I think people deserve to get what they pay for. I used 600 fifa points and I was completely fooled to believe there were two items.Hope you get back to me soon!

But visually, it says that we will receive 2 rare players according to the icon. EA has compensated players for the pack showing the tradable logo while the text itself says that the contents are untradable. This is the same scenario where the logo says something but the text says another. We should be compensated as well.

Hi LeonSK, This isn't an issue with the description this is an issue where the visual itself (see attached screenshot) which clearly shows 2 items, 2 rare. This indicates to users that 2 items should be received by the user, whereas the description states 1 item. The screenshot also shows the Thunderstruck Essentials Pack which contains 2 player picks + 20 rare player items according to both the description AND the imagery.Which is it a player pick counts as 1 item or multiple items? If it counts as multiple items then the visual for the Thunderstruck Essentials Pack should state 26 items OR only provide 14 rare players + 2 player picks and the Season Opener Essentials Player Pick would be correctly showing 2 items 2 rare, however if the Player Pick only counts for one item as the Thunderstruck Essentials Pack shows then the Season Opener Essentials Player Pick is clearly wrong and deliberately misleading.There's no way around this either the Thunderstruck Essentials Pack (and every other pack that contains player picks) is providing users with extra items, or the users who bought Season Opener Essentials Player Pick deserve to be compensated for being misled.

Hello,
I have noticed the store pack today advertised that you would receive 2 items in the guaranteed campaign player pick, however you only receive one item!

I found this very misleading and would like the points returned or a refund

Had I realized that only 1 player pick was being provided through this confusingly described pack I would not have purchased it from the store.

Same, I opened the pack twice to see if there was an issue with the first because the first one already took a bit of time and bugged out. Got one player twice. They need to put clearer descriptions if you say two items, I assume we can pick twice between two players.

Same, also i had 2.3k points and was able to buy this season opener encore pack 7 times but only got 2 players, and the other packs either didn’t exist and so i just lost my fc points or i was given standard common gold players. Either way this season opener encore player pick pack was extremely bugged.
