Just got an email for EA support marking my case as fixed and asked for a survey on what I thought. I went on FIFA to see if I could play Volta with friend yet still no success. Don’t know if anyone else has had any correspondence or fixed for them?
I've had no response or update and still can't log in, this is ridiculous... gonna look for a way to raise a formal complaint and see if someone actually acknowledges me.

When I was trying to get Fifa 23 fixed sometimes the support team would be like its a known issue and theyre working on it and then I could go straight back on and speak to someone else who would say its the first time EA has been told. They just guess, they're based in a completely different continent from the devs with no actual understanding. As of right now its still not on their investigation tracker but there's rubbish like fixing kits.
- GHOST_2O422 years agoSeasoned Vanguard@DangerDays11 Fixing kits is an easy fix, this might be something more complex. I remember getting FIFA 23 in December time when it was £14 on FIFA 22 promotion Volta did work but it went down with ultimate team in March they said they were fixing and updated saying they fixed it. It never worked after that, only on the odd occasions. When the new FC24 Beta was out me and friends did give it a go which it worked and no issues. Yet now to the full game it doesn’t for me but works for them. It’s definitely account specific, I’ve asked if EA Support can raise to devs and update me with a response and they just either closing the case, giving me generic responses saying redownload the game/reboot, telling me there’s no issues with my account and the issue has been fixed. But still can’t get on.

I've just spoken to someone who suggested either accessing my game via a mobile hotspot or clearing my console cache and rebooting, neither worked.
