Stuttering in the game

Lately, from the last 2 days I am suffering lots of lag and stuttering in FC24 PC (Steam). This issue didn't persist before. This happened just after the unclaimed pack not opening bug (Which still isn't resolved) . Is it related ?

I have done all the updates, checked integrity of files, checked if gpu is being used. But still there is lot of stuttering.

Please provide the fix and also fix the unclaimed item bug.
