T pose glitch and half black screen in Ultimate team

When i log into ultimate team on my PS5 and go to the squad section, when I open it I get a half black screen in the background where my stadium is. Whenever I try to go into a rivals or champs game as soon the game the starts it lags and then the game disconnects. If I try to go into a squad battle game it is very choppy, laggy and the my players are constantly T posing. I have video evidence which I can link to show you exactly what I'm talking about. Tried restarting the game and uninstalling it but still it's the same. Career and seasons is fine so it must be a ultimate team problem.
