the game crashing on the loading screan

Hi.

I just purchased EA FC 24 on PC, and I'm not able to boot up the game.

I've tried the following:

Reinstalling the game

Verify game-files

Ensured secure boot is enabled in BIOS

Run the program as Admin

Changed battery settings to High Perfomance

Enabled the game in the Firewall

Disabled real-time protection in the virus settings

Reinstalled the Anti Cheat

Ensured my Windows Update is up to date

Ensured my Graphic Drivers is up to date

Disabled any form of program that might interfere with the game

Yet I'm still facing issues, without no form of error-code.

I'm getting the small pre-loading screen, and right after it crashes.

I would really like some assistance on this matter, as I've looked all over YouTube, Reddit etc., but unfortunately I'm not able to find a solution that works.

It is likely your PC does not meet the requirements below. 

• Download and install all available Windows Updates

Whenever I launch FC 24 it shows a grey screen and then it just crashes.

I highly doubt that.
I have the following:

I5 10400

16GB DDR4

Gigabyte Technology Z590M

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB.

So my PC not meeting the requirements, I don't see that as a likely option. 

So, if I try to troubleshoot with the other options you've done, and it still doesn't work, can I then request a refund?

are you running windows 11? if so I believe we have the same issue, the game won't run in windows 11.
Been trying to play the game since end of november 2023.

Edit: I saw someone posted they managed to play it once they downgrade to windows 10.

I do have Windows 11, yes. But downgrading my Windows for playing a NextGen game would be a joke xD
