the game does not open

Bought the game today I have the same issue.

I am posting my problem here because EA support referred me to this.
I purchased Dec. 26 FC 24 on PC (new gaming laptop with Windows 11).
The game worked fine for 1 day. From the day after, the game does not want to launch.
When I try, it stops immediately after the splash screen.
EA support team wouldn't really help, told me the problem would be windows.
I contacted windows support, they tried for an hour and a half to get the game working, but they couldn't.
I even reinstalled windows, but still the game would not start.
Among other things I tried:
- Having all .exe files opened as administrator
- Repair through the EA app and through the anticheatinstaller several times
- Turn off all safeties in Exploit
- Reinstall EA games, reinstall FC 24 several times
- Install the certificates
- Disable Norton

I am not sure what else I can do, I would appreciate it if someone can make some suggestions for a solution.

I use steam. My FC24 loads into the menu, but when I try to play to a match, offline, or even try to do the practice drills, the game just infinitely loads. It does not go further than that.

When I first installed the game I was able to play the first game that determines what difficulty is recommended. After that the problem starting occuring.

You know this is just poor. How can you release a game and some people STILL can't even run it for the first time since release. My situation still hasn't been resolved but I must say, it shouldn't take this much just to run the game
