after I won a match and the animations of the players celebrating were already appearing, I was notified that the ultimate team server was unable to process it, so I was disconnected and lost the match, even though it had already been closed, I'm going through this a lot, never hear compensation or something, but now that was the limit, it was a very important victory
Several times over this year the game seems to disconnect when going from after the game to the home screen. It then disconnects from EAFC Ultimate team and goes back to the EAFC home screen
When logging back in you are welcomed with both a Loss to your name whether it be Rivals, Champions or Squad battles and loss of potential rewards.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
When contacting EAFC the customer support team has done nothing and has suggested posting here for the issue to be fixed.
For the time and effort put into both playing the game and having to deal with this EA must fix this issue and compensate affected players.
Please help me in both getting this issue fixed by helping and voting. Thankyou
I am not sure where to post this as in typical EA style even the website and complaints/speak to someone process is shambolic.
But what is going on with the EAFC servers? They have been embarrassingly bad this year, consistently. This full week I have been kicked out repeatedly despite having a strong internet connection. You make it so hard to speak to anyone for guidance as well it's shocking.
You take a lot of money for the game and give us such a poor game, then make it basically impossible to request a refund. It's shocking this year, I'd like to be refunded for the game and for some advice about what is going to change next year.

I was kicked out of the game because "Squad Battle" was affected. My internet is very good. 100 Mbps. Ping level is 4 in all other games. Based on this, I have been kicked out of the game both online and from the "Squad Battle" event for two days. Now EA must fix this disgrace. I am a victim.

I was leading in a rivals match and my opponent paused the game and disconnected. I then got an error saying “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu” then I got kicked out of ultimate team. When I reconnect to ultimate team, I get a notification saying that I disconnected which is not true. Now, I’ve lost the match.
Once again, ea server crash me out .. another win in squad battles goes down as a 3 nil loss ... No coins, no points.
You will not receive another freek'n dime from me.

Today i played 2 games of Ea fc 24 in Slovenia at 10:20pm. I get 2 disconects and i had win streak only 1 win away from divison 3. I know its not a problem with my connectiom because i play other games fluently.
its not fair that i get 2 loses because of servers? Before kickoff i was kicked of the division rivals 2 times.
please help me with that.

Yep, me too. It always seems to happen when I'm winning.
If it was my internet, why can I log back into Ultimate Team immediately?!
Must be the sale on the Unreal store boosting the no. of players.
