Unfortunately I'm now facing a situation in ultimate team that it always claiming that the ea server is unable to process your request during the matches is holding and I can't get any rewards or processes of objectives. It is frustrating and confusing when I'm literally winning the match especially in the late stage like around 85' min of the match. I have realized that the phenomenon that if it is about to be disconnected, there would be a green triangle loading logo shown down below around 2 min earlier before it shut dow. This issue is actually not only occur during matches but also when I am doing sbc and opening packs. It has been pluzzing me for around3 to 4 months. I have tried a lot of methods taught online like using a lan cable and adjusting the game settings. I'm pretty sure it's not my network problem as it's fine for me for playing other games using my ps5.
Therefore, I started to doubt that if it is the ea server initial issue. I hope that you could help me to solve this problem and make me have a better fc24 gaming experience coming with a solution. For your reference, my Ea id is Lt20041226.
Moreover, till today, I can't even enter the Ultimate Team, neither on the web app nor on the ps5. It is really frustrating to me and negatively impact to my gaming experience.
