7 days agoHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's make sure you're properly power cycling your equipment. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these instructions:
- Close the game and go to the Xbox settings
- Go to Network settings
- Choose Advanced Settings
- Select Alternate MAC Address and hit Clear
