unable to open fc24

Hello, I am revisiting this as its been almost 5 months since this issue started. I tried uninstalling FC24, installing on both C and D drives,  and for my graphics - clean installation, using older drivers, removing my graphics card via DDU uninstaller, and till now this issue only happens with EA games like FC 24. I have no issue with other games detecting my graphics card and running, especially heavily demanding games like Warzone, Marvel Rivals, Delta Force... I still get the same warning...

Is there a way to get this elevated or request a support ticket??

Hey @SgtYasir In this case, please try performing a clean installation of your drivers and create gaming profile. You can find the required steps in this article: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/. I would also recommend updating the drivers for your integrated graphics card.
