Unable to play any online modes after upgrading to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Question

As the title states, I cannot play any online modes due to this technical bug. I now can’t play any of my champs games, squad battles, etc in FUT and cannot play pro clubs. I am not losing out on so many rewards and cannot get my pro clubs team to the elite division for playoffs. (We are currently in first division promo matches). I am told by support they have no fix for this.

This is shameful EA and seriously detrimental to my fc 25 enjoyment. Please compensate my FUT account for my missed rewards and promote my club, Eclipse CF to the elite division before playoffs.

This is unacceptable for something like this to happen at such a crucial point of the season.&nbsp; It's really saddening that our club can't have our primary member on for the final push for the Elite Division mere days before playoffs.&nbsp; It feels like our club is being robbed of a fair shot.
