I purchased FC points specifically to buy this pack as I assumed it was tradeable, given the tradeable symbol showing above. After opening it, however, I received untradeable content. I would’ve never purchased the pack had I known it was a visual glitch and wouldn’t actually be tradeable.

@izzo5345 That happened to me today as well i had the ultimate edition 4600 fc points and opened it cause i thought it was a good offer and now im left with 37 dupes and a lot of untradable items

@sclegend9 I've just bought two packs on the basis they were tradeable. Packed a very good card and a glut of duplicates I was led to believe we're tradeable and it turns out the packs are not tradeable. False advertisiting.

Just looked closer at another pack and it does say all untradebale at the end BUT I looked at the icon next to the title in bold and they both had the handshake icon, which was what I looked at. Furious at this, it's totally unfair. Might seem like a small mistake an icon is incorrect, but it's what I looked at and used to inform my purchase. EA can't make a mistake like this and blame it on me. I always use the icon to inform purchases.

Was going through packs and by the icons saw that one pack was very good value so bought it expecting tradable players packed 3 good players but the pack gave me untraceable players if I the icon had said untraceable I would not have bought the pack this is some major false advertisement

I opened a 1000 fc point pack, and the pack had a tradeable symbol next to the name, leading me to believe the players are tradeable. the players were untradeable.

I have purchased a 1000 ea points pack, Foundations centurions pack which had the 'tradeable' handshake logo, however, once the pack was opened, all the items were untradeable.

Purchased pack from the promo section of store as showing the packs as tradable, when opened, the rewards were untradable

I bought the Supreme Season Opener pack this morning on PS5.
It clearly had the handshake symbol showing it was a tradeable pack. When I unpacked the players they were all untradeable!
My only intention was to get players to sell in the market to save up for a specific player. I had already bought 3 Prime Player packs before I discovered this pack was also tradeable so I put 2500 tokens into it expecting to be able to sell the players.
On investigation after the fact all of the promo packs appear to be tradeable which is an obvious bug. But one that has resulted in me being missold and out 2500 tokens!
please fix and reimburse my tokens.
I can share screenshots of the other promo packs with tradeable symbol attached that were previously untradeable. Obviously the pack I bought has disappeared but I can assure you it also had the tradeable symbol

Now attached proof that the Supreme Season Opener is incorrectly labelled as a tradeable pack.
This was taken from my sons account so it also shows the bug is much wider than only one account.
Please advise on reimbursement of my 2500 tokens

Hello, i was login into EA FC Today and i saw that the promo packs are Tradeable.

I opened them and they were untrade!

I have 2 pictures, showing the Tradeable icon on the promo packs.

I bought a pack for 20€ because i thought it was tradeable and the icon for ,,tradeable" showed up.
But in the end it wasnt tradeable and i couldnt sell my players i got from it.
