WebApp expired error

Hello. Ive been trying to login to webapp but it keeps saying, early web and mobile access has expired....

i own the full basic version and few days since i bought it so i don't get why i'm having this error could any one here please 

help fix this so i can use webapp like everyone else?

    Hey @FarmerJoie1997 

    You may be logging in with the wrong account. Please clear the cache data for your browser and then log back in with the same email you use in the game. 

  • thanks for quick answer, its the correct email and password. i'm logging inn with the ea app email i use for ea app.

    and i've tried to cleared the cache data, tried logging in with phone, browser tried to cleared cache within the ea app aswell 

    i feel i've tried everything now nothing works

    Have you registered the trial version of the game from EA Play subscription on your account in the past? If yes, please delete the trial folder from Documents.

  • there are no trail documents there only normal version but i've tried deleting that too, also reinstalled the game.

    i've tried to contact the live chat, they didnt know what the problem was and just said it will fix it self somthing it wont.

    The account name on your screenshot shows a PSN username. Are you sure there is no other email that could be registered on your account? 

    Can you try to log in from another device to the web app?

    Just in case, check any other emails you may have used in the past. 

    Additionally, is it possible that your PSN account was unlinked from your EA account before you changed the platform you play on?

  • yes i just used another one's picture since we had same issue, and im sure no other email is registerd to the account its created on ea app

    not steam. and i've tried to login with webapp on pc, phone and another pc always same issue.

    and never played on console before so not possible and new mail

  • Hello, i've seen some people also had this issue after installing the trail then not being able to login to web-app/companion app

    at all. ive seen some people had this issue fixed by resintalling windows then entire game i don't have the option to do so

    so i come here hoping that there is any higher ups that could solve the issue.

    so the error we are getting is the one in the picture, its same error you would normally get if you owned ea play pro and the sub expired, then you would need to re open the game and it would unlock again. i do own the full version of the game on ea app but it's still not unlocking again its stuck on same error message when trying to login again. so i cannot get to the Home page in web-app where you can go into club and example click on quick sell recovery, or look at the players i own etc.

    is there any admins here that are able to fix this? or higher ups i know the forum moderators can't do anything, some of them know the case i've seen and i've tried to remove the files after the trail, i had one friend login with his pc to 1 of my accounts he never installed trail and it was instant able to use web-app then.


  • Hey, is there any admins here or that work for EA and not community managers that are able to help us with this login issue?

    when i try to login to webapp i instant get the message saying early web and mobile access has expired, saying i need to login to ultimate team again, ive that many times and im still not able to login. 

    ive tried to reinstall the game, tried to reinstall windows 10 nothing works, seems to be happening to account's created in january mainly, if you created an account dec 2023 they never had this issue. and i own the full game no trail.

    tried to contact advisor, they didnt understand the problem and keept talking about that i needed to wait for transfer market to unlock before i can login to webapp... somthing that is false, everyone are able to login to the companion app that have the full game or ea play pro version

    only version that don't give you webapp access is ea trail then you get same error. i have an main account with webapp i can login without issue there, but doesnt have market unlocked there yet for the webapp.

    so please help us out
