If you still don't see it, what platform are you playing on ?
There might be some steps to take to make sure it shows in-game.

exactly the same problem. Playing with Xbox Series S.
I redeemed the code and if I try again, it says that is already redeemed, but pack is no showing in my packs.
Same issue for me on the Xbix series X. Redeemed the code on market place, no pack was granted to me. The code now states that is has already been used...that will be by me.
Checked in the companion app and nothing there either. It's a bit unfair giving these out via marketplace and not actually giving the reward once the code has been redeemed.
How do we get this amended?
It´s the same issue than last year on FIFA 23. They could not fix it last year and I think it will be the same this year.
EA are you even going to attempt to fix this issue, or like every thing else? Put your head in the sand hoping it will go away?

1 year later, still the same issues from ea as they cant be bothered to try and fix them (same as all the same issues on every fifa game every year). No wonder nobody buys it anymore. Why bother even trying to run these promos when they clearly DONT WORK. I have never seen such a poorly run community than the ea one. How do I get my pack to show up?
