4213 Formation Adjustment needed

Dear EA Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share some feedback regarding the 4-2-1-3 formation in EA FC 25. I feel that this particular formation, especially with two defensive midfielders (DMs), is overpowered in its current state. The combination of its strong positioning and ability to generate excessive rebounds makes it very difficult to counter, which limits variety in gameplay and tactics.

One of the main reasons I enjoy playing EA FC is the opportunity to experiment with and enjoy different formations, each with its own strategic approach. However, I’ve found that nearly 90% of the opponents I face in Division Rivals and Weekend League are using the same 4-2-1-3 formation. This dominance of a single formation has made it increasingly difficult to experience the variety and strategic depth the game is meant to offer.

I would love to see some adjustments or nerfs to the effectiveness of this formation, particularly in terms of defensive stability and rebound control, so that players like myself can explore other formations without feeling at a disadvantage.
