I haven't been able to connect for the last 12 hrs, do you think it could be a ban issue? my account ban section doesn't have anything.
sandypejaif you didn't receive the email saying you were banned, no i don't think is a ban issue. This is what the email said:
"Hello,
We noticed that your account was involved with cheating while EA SPORTS FC™ was being played, which breaks our rules.Your account has been banned from EA SPORTS FC™ online access "
No defo not a ban as u get a huge notice and emails saying it, Just contact support and they will sort it fast for u
How quick was it for you mate? I was falsely banned about a week ago now and nothing has happened, I've already missed out on some evos because of it.
And yes I submitted a ticket straight away, I've done two now actually
