I´m not playing FC25 by my own, but my son do.
He is kinda angry/disappointed when he tries to play online with friends in FC25.
His friend have Xbox One and my son have Xbox Series S. Can they play together online?

The current and last gen versions of the games can't play together. That said, your son should be able to download the last gen version of the game thanks to dual entitlement. If you need more info about dual entitlement on Xbox, they have an article here that explains it.

Where shall he download the from? Microsoft store? Can you please link how we do this to get dual entitlement?

When I google it, I can find that Xbox Series S/X can only play with PS5 players and Xbox One can only play with PS4 players.
NS and NS. I guess he cant play with his friend on Xbox One when we have Xbox Series S? :(
Community ManagerAgain, current gen and old gen players can't play with each other, that's true, but if your son ahs the dual entitlement then he can download the old gen version of the game. If you look under "How do cross-generation bundles work?" in the link i shared, it'll show how you can download the last gen version.
