EA Connection Report

Like I said you two should both post the video as that’s what ea asked for because it will show the lag. He had an orange or yellow rating on his packet loss. 

If you don’t have that high of one you have a better connection than he has so this would reflect that with a video. 

He could probably even look at your video and explain how much delay you have since he is a network engineer. This could be a really helpful thread for the community. 

RadioShaqs​ im happy to share my connection score & post videos of this dreadful gameplay (will record some if needed) but you still haven’t directed me to the thread to speak to somebody at EA actively trying to assist us lol 

Pretty much this, mate. It's just obvious. The gameplay degrades significantly at peak hours and has done for months now. I play semi-pro (more like amateur) in some competitive shooters and have no problems. It's just with this one game, yet they try and blame me. I would laugh, if it wasn't sad that the only real football game wasn't such a let down.

RadioShaqs you can keep trying to bait people, but you'll find no satisfaction, nor happiness in life doing so.

I am not baiting you. I think you can be really helpful since you have such a large background in gaming. You post in every connection thread. It just would make sense with your background to actually post a video explaining how to test and fix connection and work with ea. 

You could probably fill this thread up with examples where others are not as familiar with this stuff.  I mean you are already in all the threads. 

To me it just makes sense you would want to post a video and help the op but you don’t have to. I have no delay but if I did I would post it. I want to see others fix their connection to enjoy the game like I do.

RadioShaqs​ thanks for dropping the link/thread. I have posted in there seeking help, I have @ the EA advisers on here a few times but yet to receive a single response from any of them. Funny because if it’s something really simple to resolve they seem to respond on new threads almost immediately. Not optimistic I’ll receive any assistance but worth a shot 

I hope you get a response. All I can do is try to get people to report it. It’s up to ea or your isp to figure out where the problem is. I really think those threads where ea go over everyone’s connection is important as it’s transparent and lets everyone know what’s going on. 

Although that thread isn’t the same issue as yours. It was more so you can get the link to screen shot your isp score and match history as he explains that in that thread. 

You might be better off just posting those and the video in here. Either way hopefully they go over your examples.

What do you want me to do all I can do is suggest he posts his connection score and video. Nobody has posted either.  If you don’t post any examples I don’t know what you expect ea to do.

RadioShaqs​ I tried to follow your advice and managed, after what seems like an eternity, to speak with a EA adviser on here.

I offered to show them my connection quality report and gather videos if needed. They advised me not to bother and instead to reset my online squads and delete my profile. Obviously this did not work & my gameplay is still atrocious. It’s glaringly obvious the EA reps on here have no idea how to fix the dreadful gsmeplay hence the pushback to customers about their ISP’s (it’s definitely not for most of us anyway) 

Yes because you posted in a thread that was not the same problem which I said you are better off posting it all in here. He was giving you advice for the wrong problem. 

This is more likely going to be on your end. So far this thread has only you posting in it besides two others who ea has already said was there connection.  

So since so few have this issue it’s something you will likely have to take up with your isp. 

The other thread had thousands of reports and since it was the ea servers. They gave compensation. 

I mean if you really wanted ea to go over it post your video and connection score in here but realistically 3 people having the issue and nobody wanting to show a video you can safely assume it’s on your end.
