EA customer service

I don't understand why you have a customer service so useless. I had so many issue this year with the game with bugs, cheaters and game play issues, I believe I have contacted eaHelp like 30 times and I never received a response. I could pick the option to chat with someone and I get connected all the time with some random Indian dude that doesn't even know how the game works. I am missing rewards from most of all the FC pro live and now from the season 6 weekly play and of course I didn't receive an answer also this time! Is so frustrating after the time and money spent on the game! I play fifa since fifa 98 and i believe this will be my last year! I should enjoy the game no getting crazy because of that! I can wait to see one more post/complain getting ignored.
