email update

Hey Guys,

So, I have an EA account, which is the one I'm playing FIFA on right now. I was trying to access it on my phone, but I couldn't because I was young when I created that account, and I don't have any access to the email associated with the account or the phone number. Is there any fix for that that I can change my email or any trick that I can do?
