fc 25 your computer is currenlty offline

hi i bought fc 25 but this is the problem im facing when i open the game the problem appears no matter if i launch it from steam or ea origin 

i did :

reset network

vpn 

delete temp file, lcience file

ramsom extention 

and more pls help me
