Inconsistent gameplay - input delay

What’s going on with the gameplay lately? Is it the servers or some hidden patch? My players feel stuck in mud, passes are delayed, and right stick switching barely responds. This has been happening on and off all year. I shouldn’t have to wait until 2am just to get a semi-playable experience. Why can’t EA just admit if it’s server issues or gameplay tweaks? With the amount of money made from promos and evos, how is the gameplay still this inconsistent?”
