If live support cannot do anything for this pack, it will be the same here on the forums since we cannot access player's account as it's a Players Helping Players platform.
It must be a very rare bug since I haven't seen anything similar. Most of the wrong picks are accidental. Even in that case, there is no way to change the pick.
