Intense Micro Stutter issue on my AMD Graphic Card since new update

Hi team,

I had been able to make FC25 (Steam Edition) playable on my AMD 7600XT Desktop Graphics Card (Intel i7-8700 CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM) and FPS was above 60FPS with smooth gameplay continuously before this new update.
(Pre-update settings that worked: Changing setting of Windowed Borderless->Fullscreen->Borderless method, Vsync OFF, setting FPS to 90 locked, setting Monitor to lower 120HZ refresh rate etc.)

Ever since the new update, I suffer with intense micro stutters that make the game, well unplayable. I was able to minimize the stutters with these settings (after a LOT of tinkering), but it is still unplayable even for casual gameplay:

Basically - everything on Low or OFF
Setting my monitor to 120HZ (it can go up to 180HZ but is not supported by FC25)
Setting locked FPS to 60FPS (exact half of refresh rate)
Enabling VSync (Disabling this completely RUINS the game and HEAVY stutters occur)

Also, my game has stopped being tracked by my AMD overlay (which is why I think it is related to AMD).

Request urgent help on this. I literally can't play Ultimate Team/Manager Career modes with horrific levels of lag like these.
