No reward was given for winning the ultimate team

Hello, I was playing the Bundesliga cup, in the friendly matches section. In the ultimate team, and in the last 6 games, I didn't get one win, which didn't give me the main prize, the Simons card. I'm very disappointed that they didn't give me the match history, and I also can't look at it to confirm for sure. They didn't help me in any way with support
