PLEASE FIX UR GAME SERVERS AND YOUR GAME

I am not biased while I realize a lot on here will only blame ea that’s not me. Like when ea gave compensation for the servers dcing I was the first one to blame ea and they rightfully gave compensation. That doesn’t mean it’s EAs fault for every dc every lose everything. Those people are biased not me. 

I am just glad ea is interacting with the community. It’s transparent and helps everyone. Not every gaming company will do that. 

Shaqs your bias is really concerning, you should be down the middle and if you can’t be, try to use logic at least mate.  

The streamers have not come out and said the servers are fine, as per my link in the other topic, they have said the game is unplayable on console & you're in here talking like they’ve said the games brilliant. Like talking to a brick wall sometimes on this forum. 

You clearly have a link to EA or work for them because you’re on here fighting for them till your last breath lol 

I think to often people blame servers for their connection issues. I know streamers have started to come out and say the servers are fine and they have no issues. I think for years they have people thinking it’s servers. Once you do the tests though people realize it’s not an ea issue. The last few threads I’ve been in people have been surprised to find out it’s not ea to blame. The good news is you can usually fix it though. 

The ISP pushback has got to stop, it’s can’t be everybody’s ISP. Some yes but I feel it’s used as a get out of jail free card on this forum for every single person that raises concern with the gameplay. 

EA_Darko​ What exactly is the role of the Community Manager here? So far, all we get are generic responses and pasted links that don’t solve anything. We’re redirected from support chats to this forum, but there’s no real effort to listen or gather meaningful feedback. Instead of addressing the problems or acknowledging the game’s issues, it feels like we’re ignored or even blamed. If the Community Manager’s job isn’t to engage with the community and help improve things, then what is it for?

This lack of support makes an already frustrating experience even worse.

It's honestly disappointing...the level of technical support is consistently extremely poor.

The level of technical knowledge appears to be quite limited. Rather than offering any real troubleshooting or even taking feedback into account for future improvements, they simply shift the blame to the ISP. Well done...

Pretty familiar with it Baraba636​ and the fact that it works with a VPN but not without means that it's a network or ISP based issue.

Please don't jump into threads like this to have a go at CMs trying to help.

Hi Darko, seems you dont know much about networking… You shouldnt give advice about something you are not familliar. Since the creator of this post does not live in the forrest (500 miles from first civilsation) your suggestions are worthless. Please tell the poor man the truth, that is the least you can do.

That using a VPN works for you wwtutttu​ would mean that your issue is network or ISP based.
