Ruined game after the last 2 updates

All the slow and delayed gameplay started after the update from 2nd of June and continued even after the update from 13th.

How's that there is always a gap of at least 10ms between the prematch and the ingame ping?

What's wrong with the pass system? The majority of passes goes straight to the opponent's players. Also, what's with the delayed time with the shooting, too?

How's that my players are so slow, even the 99 pace rated ones? (e.g: Lehmann). Also, taking the above video's example, how's that my R9 moves like a turtle and the opponent's one is running like a cheetah? 

Before these 2 updates i didn't have such issues and the gameplay was as smoother as possible. What has exactly changed that the game is literally unplayable right now? At least for me and most probably for some other users too.

I'm really eager to receive some explanation for such downgrades.
