Hey, I’m in the same situation as you, I haven’t received anything either. I also experienced the Season 1 bug, where I claimed all the rewards at once and got the pack instead of Tomori from the Season 1 pass. And now, I still haven’t received Tomori.
It's very strange how it's been sent out. I didn't auto claim and picked Tomori instead of the pack. I'd like to know what the issue is seeing as people who made the same the decisions as us (although being opposite) are being given rewards. My friend chose the pack without auto claiming and had Tomori waiting for him earlier.
