Transfers from club to club

I have a quick question if you transfer a player on the Settings and transfer clubs are you able to use those players in the Seasons mode and kickoff or even online friendly? If so, how can I do that? I already transferred a few players, but I cannot use them or they do not appear at all in seasons or online friendly neither on kickoff. Is there a way to fix this? Since I don’t play any other mode only season kick off and online friendly
