Unable to Connect to EA Server in FC25 on PS5

Hello guys and the community, I'm having a problem where I can't connect to the EA server when logging in to FC25. It's been two weeks, and I've tried everything, even resetting my ps5 settings, but it's still not working. I've deleted and reinstalled the game five times, but it's not resolving the issue. When I log in, the menu freezes and I can't even access the game if I have an internet connection. If I try to log in to Ultimate Team, it freezes during the loading process. In rare cases, I have been able to access the mode, but not the actual matches, as it takes up too much of my time. If anyone has encountered this issue, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
