A whole year without ultimate team

I have not been able to play ultimate team once this year due to every time I click to go on it says you cannot connect at this time and will be returned to main menu, after speaking to 10+agents on ...

EA_Darko​ hi I have tried different networks and different service providers at different locations, I have tried all troubleshooting steps that the ea advisors have given me on the chat nothing, but my brother can get on ultimate team on his account in the same house on the same network.
