Big delay in club matches the game is delayed for me with like 60 sec

A day ago I started experiencing trouble in club 11-11 matches all smooth till yesterday when I updated the drivers. Now, I m entering the match and my player dose not move at all only tackles and there a big delay like 40-60 seconds between the game and what I see, like my friend says he score a goal and I see tha goal after 40-60 seconds from the moment he scores. Any fixes? I tried to reinstall the game it s the same. This problem is only in club 11v11 matches
