It looks like you opened a duplicate thread for the issue where you can't open packs. We are currently working on a fix and you can find the main thread for this issue here.

Same issue here. not at home until tonight so not going to be able to open my rivals rewards either. Assuming we will need to be on the console to redeem this.. Has anyone tried redeeming on console yet?
