Can’t play ultimate team on na west

It keeps logging me out like every 10-20 minutes my internet is fine I have seen other people try to re-install it but it didn’t work, I need 11 more rivals points and I can’t even get on the game please fix this also I thought that u could only see pele on the main menu when ur disconnected but i see him even when im logged in
