Chrashes while playing Squad battles

Dear people, My playstation just chrashes 2 times and i cant get my matches back?!! EA fix your junk and go back to kitchen. I ask for help and i get a flipping bot! Nice work EA so i am here to say that you guys should make support channels for people, who play game modes with limited mathes for points like champs and Squad battles. And please fix my matches.
