Connecting to ultimate team is not possible

Hi

Last few days I am getting this above error.

I can connect using EE hotpot from my phone no problem but when I use my ISP YouFibre I always get that error. 

I have tried wireless/wired, different accounts and they all give this error. I can log in via the app no problem.

Anyone else had this? Seems to be an ISP issue as I can connect via the hotspot and app but I can't figure out why.

Ps5 and network have been reset, tried changing DNS and still the same issue

    Just been on the phone to youfibre. He tried all sorts but it's still not working. He suggested it's an EA problem still..I've emailed them.

    I raised it with youfibre today and I will ring tomorrow definitely something on their end from thr testing I have done

  • Happening to me. Glad I found your post. Currently using the hotspot. I have youfibre. Hope it gets fixed?!
